A. There is no catch, expect in our name, but seriously, you can use RevCatch to analyze 1,000 unique visitors across one or more websites for FREE, that’s zero, ziltch, nada! When you reach the 1,000 visitor limit, we’ll shoot you an email and post a message in your account letting you know we’ve paused your service until you choose a higher visitor account plan.
A. Unique visitors are calculated on a daily basis. If someone comes to your website today they are just one unique visitor even if they come back later in the day or multiple times. However, if that visitor comes back tomorrow they would be counted as another visitor.
A. We’re flattered and the good news is we make paying for a great product easy. We accept payments made online using, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We use Striped to process all transactions securely and safely.
A. Yep! We throw in 2 free months of any plan if you pay annually.
A. Nope, we think you’ll love our product and are happy to let you pay-as-you-go. We keep it simple with no long term contracts. If you decided to cancel, you will be billed for the current month of service, but nothing after that.
A. No problem, you upgrade at anytime or even downgrade if you don’t need the higher plan.
A. Don’t worry, we will send you an email and post a message on your account giving you the option of upgrading to a higher visitor plan or pausing your account until the next renewal date.
A. We’d be sad to see you go, but all you need to do is log into your account and cancel in your profile. No other forms of cancellation are accepted.
A. Sorry, the free trial is only applicable for brand new accounts.
A. We take data security very serious and use the industry’s highest standard of data transmission to make sure your information is always secure and encrypted.
A. Since we only do pay-as-you-go monthly plans, we don’t issue refunds for the current month has processed. Any cancellation will be for the next billing cycle.
